Your most disapointing TS restaraunt at WDW was?

Les Chefs for me - hands down. I wouldn't say it was horrible - just really, really disapointing!

Our waiter must have been having a rough day because during the course of the meal I was splashed - twice! One of the two times, he actually broke my glass!:scared1:

The food was not what I expected - and left me with a bellyache. I agree with the other poster who said "who thought France could mess up a crepe" - mine was bad too.

Have you noticed that practically EVERY restaurant will be named as the "worst", and almost every restaurant has fans? I believe that you should try the restaurants that you want to try and form your own opinion.

From my perspective, I've read plenty of negative reviews of San Angel Inn before I ate there last year. But I just HAD to eat there because it's so darn pretty in there!:confused3 Needless to say, I've experienced what those who wrote the negative reviews experienced (the incredible, disappearing waiter; the Veg-all vegetables:lmao: , and the sometimes laughable bad entrees), but I had the fish and the seafood appetizer, and it was OK. I shrugged it off as an average dinner and kept moving. Would I go back? Not really. But I had to at least try it and I'm glad I did.

Now one of my favorite restaurants is Chef Mickey's. Not that the food is fantastic, but the character interaction is the best in WDW, IMO. But the last time I was there, the food was OK to bad. But I was going to go back there this year, until my feelings were hurt by it being booked solid until 9PM during my entire stay.:sad1: So I'm going to try other restaurants.

Now I've read the negative reviews of Whispering Canyon, but I'm going anyway. I just have to try it. Sue me. And, I'm going to eat at the Yakking Yeti for dinner. Why? Want to try it. It's new. Same with the Italian Tutu.;)

But for me, the ONLY place that I will PROMISE, NEVER to go back, is Hollywood and Vine! :scared: :scared: :scared: I went there twice and it is just BAD!

And the only place that I would NEVER try is Liberty Tree Tavern! I'm from the South and I have eaten some of the best Southern and Soul Food restaurants in the WORLD! If that food tastes indeed like Stouffers, it would ruin my vacation.

Sci Fi - the dinner menu was bad and the food was awful. We only ate the ice cream for dessert

For us ... O'hana it just didn't have that happy buzz:confused3 , the waitress was okay but the food took a while and some of the meat was chewy not pleasant to eat. The veggies were excellent (we asked for more) and the alcoholic drinks were great and the pudding was delicious but we couldn't eat a whole one between us . It just seemed to lack atmosphere which was a bit disappointing when we were there to celebrate DH's birthday!!:confused3

Tony's

I didn't really expect it to be good because of all the reviews I had read from here. But, it was MNSSHP so I thought we would try it. After all, I don't mind Fazoli's. It was disgusting. The food tasted like nothing and the texture was mush! The feta in my salad was not feta, or at least it didn't taste like it! We won't go back there!

For us, 'Ohana... it wasn't awful, but it was our worst.

We were sat at the worst table, but if the food had been good we could have lived with it. The wings just tasted funny and the meats were horrible - the steak was all fat and the turkey was undercooked.

On the plus side, the scalloped potatoes are to die for!!

However, I would try it again - not this year, but maybe another time - as they might have had an off night and everyone deserves a 2nd chance.

Reading a bad review wouldn't put me off a place though (bar ABC Commissary) everyone has different opinions :) We happened to love Tony's for example :)

50's Prime Time!!! By far!! I never want to see root vegetable hash or anything served there with it again!!!!

Well it does seem than any of the restaurants can be disappointing at times. We have had great and good experiences, and some minot disappointments, ehich I can put up with in most of the restaurants.

My biggest disappointment was Artists Point. We wanted to try something different from the other Signature restaurants and thought this would be a great experience. Not! It just felt like a loud cafe, not special at all. Service was not what 'signature' should be at all, just a bumbling slow guy though very amiable and friendly. Bread came almost as we were finishing our starters and wine well into our entrees. And the noise!:confused3 Food was good, though not that good to make me want to go back.

I have to say our worst meal had to be Ohanna's, just didnt like the flavors there. We had a blast at WCC, the food was good not great as with most of the food at Disney, but the atmosphere and and antics were great. I think you really have to be open to it and play along to have fun.
Our second disapointment was Coral Reef, what we had was fine but the menu was really limited, and the portions were small I guess I was exspecting more seafood on the menu.
Well thats my 2 cents.
