Your go-to Pasta Salad

Roasted asparagus orzo salad. I roast trimmed asparagus with diced red and yellow bell peppers tossed in olive oil for about 13 min. I sauté onion until softened and throw in some garlic at the last minute. Add some toasted pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, a bit of basil and a splash of red wine vinegar and voila! So good.
