Your Favorite WDW Souvenir

I bought a windbreaker jacket some years ago.....It's navy blue with gold embroidery of each park on the back and a small embroidered thing on the front chest on one side of the zipper. It's the perfect jacket, and I wear it all the time. Best part.....got it on a great sale at the emporium :)

I want that on my next trip! I don't even want the drink, just the Nautilus.

I don't buy a ton of souvenirs, but I like my Haunted Mansion key, and I've really gotten into the Jasmine Beckett-Griffith portraits that I just buy in postcard form and frame. I have Constance and Tightrope Girl form HM and I picked up a Leia with R2 one at DL last month. I wish I had bought more at this point. They are becomming a bit of an obsession.

Can you tell me how much the postcards are in the park? I forgot to grab them for dd when I was there and found them online but they seem expensive. I went to her site and they list the merchandising number so I may be able to order them from there. Thanks

$4.99 each. They are expensive! It may be different depending on the style, but the ones at Wondergorund Gallery are all $4.99.

Thanks! I saw some of them on mywdwstore and they were $11.99 each. I knew they weren't that expensive at the parks, I figured around $5 because I'm pretty sure my Thomas Kincade ones were that much.

Still, 5 bucks for a postcard...but for $12 I wouldn't even consider them.

That sounds lovely, I would love to find one of those!

If you're interested, I got it at Mouse Gears a few weeks ago so I'm sure it's still around! Also, its on the Shop Parks App too and they have it at Bou Tiki too:)

The thing is, my favorite can change from day to day . . .i would say at this moment it's probably the silver Mickey link bracelet I bought this summer at Epcot. I buy a lot of Disney jewelry, and wear it daily. It's kind of a subtle way of keeping Disney around all the time.

A Winnie-the-Pooh coffee mug. It was a gift from a friend for helping her with scheduling and trip planning.

She was sure she was going to have a horrible time, but after a little help and planning, she can't wait to go back.

"The best part of waking up, is Pooh Bear on your cup."

My castle cup that's on my desk at work. I drink my tea every morning thinking of WDW.

Ok you can only name ONE!! But what is your favorite WDW Souvenir, why is it your favorite, where did you get it and when did you get it. Mine is a Guard from the Terracotta Army. Its very subtle but reminds of of WDW. What is yours
What a great thread! We loved it so much that we decided to feature it on the DIS Daily Fix! :)

I have two:

When I was a small child, we went on our first family vacation to Disney and I got bronchitis. I was really sick and unable to go to the parks for a couple of days while the antibiotics did their thing, so my mom and I stayed back at Port Orleans (this was pre-FQ/Riverside) while my dad and sister explored the parks. A special card was delivered to our hotel room with a photograph of Cinderella in front of her castle and a hand-written note saying that she was so sorry that I was sick while I stayed there and that she hoped I felt better soon. I STILL have that card and I think it was so cool that a cast member thought to do that.

My husband and I bought our house a couple of years ago and my mom brought over several boxes of my childhood mementos that she was tired of storing. I just recently went through it and was so excited to find an It's a Small World jewelry box from the 90s that I thought was long gone and was really missing. It has pictures of all the different dolls and plays the song when you open it.

Oh thank you it is nice that you like the subject of this thread. There have been some great answers and I hope it will keep going for a bit. I am getting ideas for my next trip~~

The silhouettes I got of my kids on our last trip. Only regret is that we did them with 2 different artists because our 2yo's weren't cooperating the first time we stopped and they're different sizes. But I'm OCD and am the only one that gets all worked up over something that stupid.
Oh don't worry I would too. This is good advice, I never thought of two different artists making them come out different sizes.
