My family loves the Premier Outlet Mall. It's about 2 exits from WDW and has an excellent Disney outlet. We get things like trading pins for $3, t-shirts for $5 or so and several other things. I like nice coffee mugs and always get the kids a t shirt. It's a wonderful way to have a nice souvenir on a family budget. My kids never grumble about wanting things in the parks. I've purchased things at the outlet and then seen the same items in the parks for much, much more. It's what we do on our first and sometimes last day. I hope you have the trip of a lifetime.

I have to give a thumbs down to my Mickey Ice cube tray. The ears always break off in the tray.

But I love my Mickey whisk ($12) and my Disney World cookbooks ($18).

I also like my baby's "My First Trip To Disney World" shirt (Premier Outlets $1.99) He loves it too.

The autograph books are my kid's favorites.

my fav is my black walt disney world bag that I got back in 2001! I use it for all our trips and to the beach. I cant remember how much it was but Im thinking it was around $20.00. My daughter's would be all her princess costumes- she normally gets one every trip. I think my son's favorite would be his buzzlighter ship that my sister got him when they went up this past July.

My favorites are my coffee mugs. I have one from every resort we've stayed at...am only missing 3 resorts at this point! They probably ranged in price from $8 - $12.

Every morning and evening when I have my tea, I get a little bit of disney and it makes me happy!

My favorite thing is my "Dead Men Tell No Tales" girlie tee from the POTC ride (I'm wearing it right now too, what a coincidence!). Hopefully they're still selling them in December when we go back so I can pick up one or 2 more ;) Oh, I think it was around 20 bucks

For DD, it's her Pooh scarf/hat/mittens combo thingie. Very cute! It was maybe $15? Can't remember, we bought it at DL last year.

DS loves his pins (prices start at $6.50 and can go up depending on how fancy) :D

Xmas ornaments are also a biggie. (Prices also vary here. They can go from around $5 on up tp fairly high for the Radko ones)

Have pastel colored glasses set of 5 we bought 12 years ago, still make me smile everytime we use them, set of 5, 20 bucks, really nice set with fab 5 in relief.

This last trip came away with an awesome framed set of 3 evil queen pins with artist sketches as the background. Number certicate of authenticty, beautiful gold matted 16 X20, marked down to $45. Don't miss the Disney Gallery at Epcot, go in, look around and find a bargain.

As a mom, my favorite was a framed black silouette of my daughter. They do them on main street about half way down on the right. I believe it was not more than $20-$25. The man or woman just sits and looks at your child from a side profile, takes a black piece of paper, and cuts it into the exact dimensions of your childs head. It really is something to see and it is a cherished item. I plan on getting one every time we go down so I can watch her at the different stages. They also offer to frame them which I did because I didn't want anything to happen to it, plus they have the perfect black oval shaped frame for them. It truly is an awesome keepsake. ::MinnieMo

My husband bought me a Mickey Mouse pizza cutter. At first, I wasn't very excited. But I use it almost everyday to cut pancakes, waffles, sandwiches for lunch. So everyday, I get a to remember our first trip as a family.

I totally agree with this one! We had one done of ds on our first trip in '98, and had the artist do two additional ones (I believe there was a discount for multiples) and gave them to his grandparents for Christmas. They were a huge hit, and a very reasonably-priced gift!! :)

My all time favorite souvenir was a Disneyworld Tshirt.. I think I paid $20 for it back in 2000 and it is all holey.. but I still wear it around the house!! I love that shirt so much.. I wear it all the time.. but I wont dare wear it out in public anymore.. :p .. I bought another one in 2002 but its a different design and just doesnt fit the same so I dont like it as much but I do wear that one from time to time...After that I would have to say my snowglobes.. I bought 2 of them the last time I was at DW in 2002 and I think one was around $35 and the other around $50 but they are beautiful. They are in my bedroom and everytime I see them they remind me of Disneyworld.. Im hoping to pick up a few more on my next trip and make that a tradition for me..

Well, my favorite souvenir is coming tomorrow - our little girl via C-Section. Cost? I hear over $100,000. Already has cost a lot for the bows, dresses and shoes! But I am sure I will say she is priceless!!!

My WDW t-shirt from two years ago. ($20)
Our family photo from the Dinosaur ride (poster size) $25.00

It is on the wall as you go down our basement stairs.
Everytime we go down to take care of the cats food and/or play video games the kids see it.

Oh yeah! I just made a mug at a paint your own pottery place.
Yes, it's not from WDW, but I did put Mickey ears on the inside bottom of the mug and on the bottom outside of the mug.
On the side I put the wonderful saying..."Been there, done that, going back"!

How wonderful MomtoBen02 ~ a boy AND a little girl! Just like us, and such a beautiful blessing!
All the best to you and let us know how it goes!

A few favorites-

All my ride pictures and posters

My christmas house village-Mickey's, minnies, goofys houses and chip and dales tree house. Total for all 4 was around $200 and I love them.

My hundred acre wood plates and bowls. Every time we have dinner I get to see them. I believe they were around $8 a piece.

Since I have come to a point in my life where I'm getting rid of things, not collecting any more, I don't buy many souvenirs. If I can't wear it, eat it or use it in some way, I don't buy it. If it needs to be dusted, it stays in the store. ;)

My all time favorite Disney souvenirs are my 1983 WDW insulated 16oz cups. one has Epcot on it, one had MK on it. I use them every day and they still look brand new. Drinks stay cold for hours in them. We've bought others since those, but they've worn out very quickly. I'm always looking for more on Ebay or at flea markets. I think we paid about $3 each for them way back when.

The next best budget souvenirs are the WDW coloring books my dd found last year for $3 or $4. She has one for each park and an overall WDW one. She loves them and so do her friends.

We have several photo albums of all our Disney trips and those are the best souvenirs of all. Watching your child grow up at Disney is priceless.

I have to agree that the silhouttes are fantastic! We got one of each of my sons and had them put into the frames. Total was less than $30. It is amazing that they captured my sons' profiles perfectly!

I also enjoy my Mickey head ice tray, but the ears do break off in the tray often. I don't care, though. It still makes me smile!

My all time favorite souvenir is a plastic bank shaped like the monorail that we got in MK Confectionery. It was fill with Sweet-Tart type candy and was $5. The boys put all the change in there for their next trip to see Mickey. Each time they add some pennies, they talk about what a great time they had and how much they liked riding the monorail!

My littlest son got a stuffed Piglet doll to snuggle at bedtime. Now he can't go to sleep without his "Pig-a-let".

My favoite souvenirs are:

Mickey Ice Cube Tray $4 (I have no problems with mine & love it)

Mickey Pancake Mold $5 (great to cut DD grilled cheese into Mickey sandwhich)

Plastic Castle (mine) and Monorail (DD) banks $14

Disney Musical Picture Frame $22 (shows a lot of disney characters on it that are raised)

Disney Scrapbook Supplies $30 (I purchased a disney scrapbook from Creative Memories for DD and a regular book to make for DH and myself)

Disney Popcorn Pail from MK $??? (we saved the container that our popcorn was in and use it for popcorn to snack on when we travel - everyone loves it and asks where we purchased it)

wow some great ideas for even more souveniers
my personal favs are the silhoutte picture we had done in 1989 on our first visit it is myself Dh DD (6) and DS(4) altogether in 1 frame it stand on the Tv cant remember the cost.
Since then we have loads more including a signed Mcfraser castle (like Lilliput) from England in Epcot cost $25
a beautiful crystal with our Photos etched in bought in Epcot Imaginations for about $50
lots of Xmas tree ornaments
and my fave which my DD bought when she was working as a cast member in England Epcot, one of those tiles with our family name it is between the Poly and the ticketing and entrance area to MK we always go and look at it will be going soon in mid Nov and be buying even more.

Call me crazy, but buying souvenirs in Disney and paying full price , is something I rarely do. Prior to going, I stock up on sale items in the Disney store, or on Disney stuff in Big Lots and in Dollar stores. I bring surprises with me, and leave a treat under each of my children's pillows before they wake up in the am. They have loved that "magical" things happen while we are there, and I avoid the shops, and avoid the whining, and the wanna's that go along with it. This trip, I bought family & friends gifts ahead of time, left them at home, and spent quality time with family, instead of shopping.
The kids do have an alotted amount to spend if they want to.
I bought my 22 mos. old daughter a Mickey stuffed animal for $3.99 before leaving. The same exact one was $20.00 in the gift shops. A savings like that makes Mom really happy.
If you are able, shop ahead and save big!!
