My answer has changed.. his best moment was in the "Year In Review + Top News Stories | 12/20/16" at 5:38 when he "hints" about being single. I call it a micro rant but it might be the most honest moment we've ever seen of pete. If not, it's top 5.

Ah, I haven't watched enough episodes to can really say, but I bawled whenever Pete teared up for talking about the history of Dis, and how much he is grateful for it. I'm a new fan, but already reached the level of having dreams about Pete LOL. Hope that doesn't sound creepy. Love you Pete!
