We have only tried Narcosees, Flying Fish and Jiko but so far Narcosees has been the best. This year we are going to try California Grill and Yachtsmans so we'll see if any of those impress us more.

Jiko, beyond a shadow of a doubt, unique foods, combinations of flavor, and a killer wine list. The interior is so soothing, and the service has always been professional and attentive, but unintrusive.

I totally agree with all the above statements and I also voted for Jiko, although I've only been to Cali and Jiko, going to Narcoosee's and Yachtsman this next trip.

Seeing Citrico's is not on the list, my second is tied with Flying Fish and Cali Grill.

Yachtsman, yachtsman, yachtsman! We were so blown away by the service, atmosphere, and of course, the incredible food. I for sure thought Narcoosees would outdo all others, especially with Wishes, but we just fell in love with Yachtsman (not to say Narcoosees wasn't awesome, which it was). It will now always be at the top of our list for our signature dining. Yum, num, num. I'm salivating just thinking about it!

IMO, Yachtmans Steakhouse at Saratoga Springs and Shulas inside the Dolphin Hotel have some of the best steaks in town.
