What resort would you stay in if you came into some money, like inheritance or lottery?

I believe mine would be Poly and Grand Floridian, maybe I would do 5 nights at one and then 5 nights at the other.... What a nice dream, especially since I am stuck at ALL Stars this trip. I am grateful t be going though but have been spoiled by POR and I wanted to try CSR this time but it was a $400 difference..

i would stay at the GF with a view of the castle.

I think it would be cool to stay in a 3 bedroom suite in a monorail resport. That way me, my wife, my daughter, and all 4 grandparents could vacation together. I priced such a suite at the Grand Flroidian recently and it came out to over $2100 per night, so even divided 3 ways, that is ridiculously expensive.

I wonder if any of the DVC properties have 3 bedroom suites? I know they all have 2 bedroom suites, but if I'm doing it up, I'm going all the way. If there was such a suite in the Boardwalk Villas, I guess that would be my second choice.

Royal Asante suite with Swan/Dolphin bedding! I'd also move the monorail for a pick up by the front door of AKL and the concierge lounge would over look Cinderella's Castle! You did say fantasy resort! :)

Thie biggest suite at GF's main building (w/ concierge of course) over Christmas

I would stay at a suite in the dolphin because I love their beds!!!!! I would also eat at Fresh every morning and Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner everynight!!!! :Pinkbounc

 AAAhhh, wouldn't that be wonderful!! If I had a really lot of $$, then I would stay 2 weeks and go to several different ones: I would stay at the GF in a large suite(with lagoon view of course), then switch over to the Wilderness Lodge for a few nights, then I think maybe I would try out the Boardwalk Villas and end my stay at my very favorite the Beach Club.

I would stay the entire 2 week Christmas Vacation at Poly LVC! I've only been fortunate enough to stay 5 days in a garden view and that was heaven!

oooooh........Any of the monorail resorts. Preferably Poly. Second would be AKL with a Savannah view....aaahhh.....wouldn't that be nice!!!!!

Well, not really a resort, but I'd like to stay at Walt's apartment up in the Castle (or is it just a made-up story that he had a suite/apartment on the top floor?).

Well, the Royal Asante at AKL does look intriguing, but for $2500 a night or whatever it is these days, they'd better be calling in a giraffe to lick me awake in the morning. ;)
Actually, SkipperBubba pirate: and I are agreed that if money were no object, we'd opt for the Yellowstone Suite at WL. We're both just partial to the design and furnishings, not to metnion the location.
Cheers,

My dream room would be the Royal Asante suite at AKL. But I have also always wanted to stay in a nice 2 bedroom at BW!

I had my dream come true this past January...2 bedroom vacation home at Saratoga Springs Resort with DTD view! PERFECT!!!!!!! :flower:

The most expensive room in each of the Deluxe resorts!!! Ahhh Fantasyland!!!

For me I would say the top suite at the YC. Hey it's good enough for Regis. About 10 days would do. Then followed by a 7 day cruise in of course the top suite there. As for the apartment rumor.....I heard that there was a space built in CC for a family apartment but Walt died and it never got developed. Now it's being used as the hub for the telephone opperations. Now take that with a grain of salt I think I saw that on the Travel Channel but I could be wrong. I've never actually seen it.
