App: Fois gras tart @ V&A by far

Soup: Smoky Portebello @ AP several bisques just missed

Salad:haven't had one that memorable

Cheese tray:V&A close second Jiko

Entreumpkin ravioli @ FF Me?it had to be good to not be a meat dish

Dessert:Chocolate banana creme brulle @ Kona

I'd eat this once a week for life.Really miss the ravioli at FF,shame I only had it a couple times.

Hmmm, let's see:

Appy - Cornbread from WCC (love that stuff)
Salad - WCC (again love it)
Entree - Prime Rib from LeCellier (oh my it melts in your mouth)
Side - parm. cream cheese mashed potatoes from Chef Mickey
Dessert - bread pudding from Ohana (hands down the best dessert on WDW property)

Alcohol drink - Pina Colava (and keep'em coming)

Fun idea for a thread! This is hard to decide, but I will do my best. Please keep in mind that I have never been to a signature restaurant at WDW, unless you count CRT. Here goes:

Appetizer: Spanakopita @ Kouzzina

Soup: Chilled strawberry soup @ 1900 Park Fare

Salad: The salad that comes with the Coconut Almond Chicken @ Kona

Cheese tray: Never had one at WDW but would love to try it @ Chefs de France

Entree: Trio sampler (Chicken in cinnamon-stewed meat sauce, lamb burger, & pastitsio) @ Kouzzina

Dessert: Banana Chocolate Creme Brulee @ Kona

Drink: Beer flight @ Biergarten

OK, maybe that's not a great combo, but those are my favorites from each category! Actually...the strawberry soup from 1900 PF and the salad I mentioned from Kona would go nicely together, since the salad has strawberries and pineapple in it! The beer definitely does not go with all of these, but it was sooooo good!! And I'm not usually much of a beer drinker!

Oooo this is a fun idea!

App: Tuna three ways at Cali Grill

Soup: *gasp* haven't had ANY in WDW

Salad: Spinach salad from Wolfgang Puck (don't think it's on the menu any longer but it was served at both the Cafe and the Expresses once upon a time ago).

Cheese Tray: Only had two. Like the one at Cali Grill better than Chefs de France

Entree: Grouper from Brown Derby

Dessert: Gelato from BC Marketplace!
