FYI - I am finding quite a few Coach Carly's on Ebay for quite a bit less than the retail price of $348. Ebay'ers can't sell fakes right? I think I might just order my own.![]()

Well, I heard Ebay was sued by several companies, including Tiffany, for allowing sellers to sell "replicas" so I thought it was against Ebay policy. The bags are listed as authentic. I'd think if they were fakes, you could take it up with Ebay and Paypal.![]()
Thanks for the info on the Carlys being seen at outlets, we have two nearby.
Am I missing something? When did Coach purses become a designer handbag?
You should check out the purse forum: forum.purseblog.com
They have separate subforums for each brand and photos of almost any brand. The posters are so sweet and will help you with any questions.
You just missed the gucci sale, but if you wait til november, they have another one (pre-sale will begin around thanksgiving). Check out the deals and steals forum on the purseblog website - they often list the best bargains and sale codes and when a sale will begin.

omg I have spent most of the day on that website!! I cant believe some of those womens bag collections!! I was leaning toward coach but now I really think I want to go all out and get a Prada or Louis vuitton
Yeah - I remember them from the early 70s when they were kind of plain. I do have a few now though. They did finally come up with some styling in the past few years.Am I missing something? When did Coach purses become a designer handbag?
Timmy Woods of Beverly Hills. Her sister is a family friend, so I've been gifted a couple of the handbags...love them! She does such fun ones, but i can't seem to justify the cost for something that can be so seasonal [though her Santa bags are amazing!!!]
I like plain bags, this Coach one caught my eye:

at $458 it is something I'd carry for a LONG time!
I TOLD you!!! Dangerous place! I spend my time plotting my next purchase (I am thinking either a gucci travel tote or LV epi alma in black).

I cannot believe the prices of purses today. I used to have several Fendi purses - wow they are SO expensive today. I've also owned Gucci.
I still have a couple of Chanel bags - but my most expensive bags are the Judith Lieber ones. I haven't bought one in at least a decade. They are definitely not for everyday though.
Now that I am retired (and have a bad shoulder) I mostly carry Vera Bradley backpacks. I'll carry a tiny little Judith Lieber for a special occasion though.
