Anyway dh said I could pick out a new handbag for my bday He said I could pick anything within reason.

I am not the most up to date with the latest trends and fashions ( 4 kids)

I love Coach and Kate Spade. They are both of excellent quality, but I don't worry about the purses being too expensive to carry.

I LOVE all my Coach bags . I have at least 10 in total .

I have had two repaired with no cost to myself . Also you may want to try their Factory store . Some of those bags are just last years designs for less. I have purchased bags there especially for my teenaged girls. I enjoy their basic color bags and the black leather is a great choice. ...BTW their sneakers are VERY Comfortable . I am now on the perfered customer list and get Coupons for special sales . I am so excited when I get one of those .

I have a coach bag that I adore. If I could find another as cute, I'd buy it in a heart beat... but my guess is that this one will last far longer than any of the $10 target bags I've had in the past.

I have seen a couple in the stores (belonging to people) that have B&W pix of their kids on them that look really nice. We live by the beach so the one I remember the most had the lady's kids (or maybe grandkids?) at the beach and the pix were all B&W except for some pink. If I had small children I would have to get something like that!

My fave designer handbags are Coach, I love em' as Avatar says. I have 15 of them. I usually purchase 2 a year, one myself and the other a gift from my husband. Not only do I get the purses but I have a rule: For each purse I have to get some sort of assesory to match; a wallet, a coin purse, wristlet, key chain something. Oh, and I name all of my purses, the one I'm carring now is Carmen because of her color.

I have more bags than shoes. I like hand bags. I am another Coach fan. They are a lot cheaper than some other designer bags. If you have an outlet near you they have some great deals.

My favorite bag is my LV I got in Paris. It cost 1/2 what the trip cost me lol. DH said I couldn't leave Paris without one. He has no one to blame but himself.

I love Coach and have many that have been very durable and reasonable (200-400 each) but my favorite handbag of ALL time is my Marc Jacobs Soft Classic Blake. That was a gift from DH for our anniversary and I LOVE it!

I love COACH as well (just got my second on vacation in Branson at a Factory store, it was about half off because they were changing stock).

I also have a Dooney which is just as nice.

I have a friend who has started collecting Kooba, which I like as well and may be my next bag (probably a few years for that). They are really nice and not as popular so you wouldn't seem to have the same bag as everybody else.

I treated myself to a Coach Carly bag a few months ago and I love it! I finally gave up the diaper bag in favor of tossing a spare diaper and wipes in my purse. This was our last baby so I felt it was cause for celebration and required a nice new bag. I had been saving to buy something nice and this fit the bill perfectly. I have found in the past that a really good bag lasting a long time was a better value than several cheaper bags that wear out sooner.
