Young couples?

That would be us!!! We got engaged in WDW and honeymooned last May 2004. We are a few weeks shy of our 1st anniversary. We will be celebrating in Las Vegas, but you betcha May 2006, we will be in WDW! We are planning to wait a few years before starting our own family. So for now, we go to WDW, get up early and go to the parks, back for naps, and back out we go. We stand in line for characters, go flying down water slides at TL, party at pleasure island, go to the GF spa, take crazy pictures throughout WDW, eat Mickey ice creams :mickeybar as much as possible and we have a blast!!
:cool1:

Another young couple here! DH and I are both 27, we made two trips to WDW together before we were married. We've been married for 1 1/2 years and made one trip since we got married. We love going with other people or just by ourselves. We bought into DVC this past trip, and seeing as it'll be at least 3 years before we start expanding our little family we'll make good use of it.

My wife and I, 29 and 32 respectively, are making our second trip together to DW May 26-May 31. Staying at ASM. We were there in 2003 (Caribbean) but my wife was a few months pregnant w/ our 1 yr. old daughter. Being pregnant she didn't get to experience all the fun that I had. I convinced her that we should use our miles and go again since: 1. she can go on all the rides this time, 2. we most likely won't get to go for a while, considering having another child soon, 3. grandma will watch our daughter for us 4. our mileage would pay for most of the trip
She bought it!!!! :Pinkbounc
We both can't wait. We really go all out, just take a break after lunch, strictly the parks, no DTD.
Only 37 days left

FDH 24 and myself 23. We are getting married in October at Disneyworld!!

Anyone couples going May 24-31. I think it would be cool to try to meet for drinks one night at disney meet new people from diff places. We are from New Hampshire but have lived in Ga. and come from N.Y..I was thinking jelly rolls :drinking1 :chat:

Lol Thats a good idea! Were going to be there from the 18th to the 26th, starting at the CBR and ending off at the AKL. Drinks one night would be awesome, but you all can laugh at me and my non-drinking self! (I'm clueless when it comes to party drinks since I've never really tried them. lol)

I want to meet up too! I'm (Angie) 26 and DH (Rich) is 29. Would love to hang out with fellow DISers while on vaca in WDW!

We'll be there May 21 until June 1st. We're staying at the WL.

We've never been to Jellyroll's (even though we stayed at BWI last year). That's sounds like a great meeting place. :goodvibes

DH (28) and myself (28) will be there 6/10 - 6/15 at ASMu and would love to meet up with another couple (or several couples) while we are there.

My husband and I have been married 4 years (will be >< close to 5 when we go in October) and go every year for the food and wine festival. Before I met him, I went every year since it started, and before that I was "just a kid" so I'd get to go when there was someone who could take me going. Disney was more a part of my adult life than anything else, although I do have very fond memories of trips with my father when I was a young child (he's still alive, I just adore him.)

So, anyway, we're going to be there at the end of October, and we're going to go to MNSSHP on Halloween actually - so we get to be big kids!

We are 47 and 43, married 14 years , no kids. We bought into DVC because we go enough to make it worthwhile. We have been on trips with kids(other peoples') and without. We have beenon trips with my DSIL & DBIL, who have older kids, so some of these trips have been their first without their kids.

We all agree...it's a different vacation without kids.

Add us to the list! DH is 34, I'm 29. We went to WDW for our honeymoon, and have been back on both anniversaries! He said we couldn't go this year, but I snuck and booked a trip September 18-23!

I don't think I'll have much trouble talking him into it!!!

I'm a new poster, but I love this site!

My husband and I were married in August 2003, we were both 26 years old. He had never been to WDW, while I was a WDW addict. I had been many many times and was a former CM. But three months after our wedding I took him down for a long weekend, and he was hooked! THe F&W festival sold him on it, I think. We went back in Nov. 04 and enjoyed it even more, and this year we were planning a Europe trip and HE's the one who suggested going to WDW in December instead. He wants to see the decorations!

We want to take his parents with us in December, they've never been, and he knows that since I've not missed a year since 1989 that we will definitely be going for at least a weekend every year.

Same here!!

My boyfriend and I are going on our second trip in one week!! I was always a WDW freak, but he always lived on the west coast, and then overseas for years, so it just wasnt convienent. My parents treated us to a trip in late 2002, and now he is hooked too. While we cant exactly afford the BWV where we stayed last time, this trip we are going with friends and renting points for OKW.

I am a travel planner anyway, always wanting to go anywhere new. But when it comes to WDW, I could go year after year and never get bored.

If only we had the time (and $), but he, 26, is a teacher, and myself, 24, I am a law student, we would go every year.

If any other folks are going to be at WDW May 22-27, PM me! Maybe we can get together!

I'm relatively new here, but I wanted to post in this thread. I'm 34, my boyfriend is 29, and this will be our first time going to WDW without kids. He has 3 kids from his first marriage. The first year we went to WDW together (Oct. 2003), we took his youngest with us. The second time (Sept. 2004), we took his oldest. He liked to take them one at a time, that way we can afford to do more with each child, and we feel like we can get some sort of vacation. Their mom decided that since our yearly vacation falls during the school year (due to timeshare scheduling), we can't take any of them with us anymore. So this year--October--it's me and him. I'm so excited, I can't wait!

Count us in!

Married w/ no kids yet! First Disney trip was last year! DH love it so much we are going back this year! WOOHOO! :cool1:

I am also a new member and my wife and I have been married for 8 years and we have no kids. We went on our honeymoon and since have been obsessed. Now we go every year on our anniversary! Every holiday or birthday one of my gifts to my wife MUST involve something Disney so you can imagine our house, it is it's own theme park! :earsboy:

Dh and I have no kids yet, and we LOVE WDW. We've gone 3 times in the nearly 3 years we've been married, and we've gone once before we were married!

DH actually suggested a possible trip to WDW for late Nov., early Dec.!

So you all aren't the only ones, sunny04 !

:wave2:

I'm so glad I started this thread! :) It's good to hear from fellow WDW lovers that enjoy disney the way we do. :goodvibes

my boyfriend and i are, im 23 and hes 25 (though not married as yet)

this will be our third trip together (we have been before when we were kids seperatly)

Sometimes I think everyone on our plane has kids but us and I definatly feel wierd when I want to go to the cinderella breakfast without kids

My DH and I :love2: are both 25 and Love Disney. I have been 3 times in the past 3 Years, but he has only been once. We are planning a trip at the end of Nov, and I will also be going with friends in Feb. That means 3 trips for me this year (Ya Hoo!) and I just love it. We don't have any kids yet and I think we enjoy it as much as people that have children do.

We're 28 and 29 and we were married at Disney in November 2004, Wedding Pavilion and the Tower of Terror. I wasn't a big Disney fan before, having never stayed on property or anything. But now I love it and we're planning a trip for next month!! It's sooooo much fun and a great all around relaxing vacation for us :)
