ACK! I am going nuts with what they have Stephanie doing with Brooke and the kids. I have never been a Stephanie fan. She always thinks she is right and gets on my last nerve! I am just ok with Brooke, but this is making me feel so bad for her and just despise Stpehanie!

Stephanie is really something else. I can't get over how far they have let her go. When she is brought down there will be a cheer heard around the world.

Senator's can't issue pardons. In this case, it would be the governor.

If they show that darn Brad gloating during the sentencing hearing, which I am sure he will, I am going to be sick. I keep thinking of him killing people (wasn't there a question about a former wife or somebody?, besides the bad guys) and, yet, he is the moral guardian for GC. Yuck! Also, if Neil bad mouths Phyllis over the ACCIDENT with Dru, is there going to be animosity between Nick and he? I mean, you would think Neil would realize he got his seat only because Phyllis did what she did, no matter how much he dislikes her.

Anyone else think it is crazy writing that the court would actually sentence a few days after the trial? Why did they have Michael expend so much energy to keep her out of jail pending sentencing when it was only a day away. Those courts in GC move with clocklike precision! Our real judicial system should be so well run.

Well, remember we're talking about "soap time" here...it's really been a few weeks. And that said...ol' Victoria ought to be popping that baby out any day as long as she's been pregnant and Noah should be heading off to college next week.

It has been pretty juicy this week with Nick and Phyllis...whoa! I actually felt sorry for her with that ankle jewelry and the scare with Summer. I've been thinking that Victor will be her ally after the way he reamed Nikki and was so nice to Phyllis in the breakroom.

Sharon and Jack...paleez! Jack is way too nice for her...OMG! Did I just say Jack Abbott is way too nice? He used to be one of the biggest sleazeballs on the show. Do ya'll remember the old Jack played by Terry Lester? He was a good evil Jack.

Boy, did Colleen give it to Brad! Me thinks he's ticked his daughter off once too many times and it will be the end of him as Mr. Brad Carlton. Yesterday, I kept wondering how Jana knew the dish about Brad...maybe I missed something way back when I wasn't able to watch for a while, but I'm wondering if she's not Brad's sister like several of you loyal fans suggested.

Now, about that Winters family...give it a rest! I guess there hasn't been a good incest story line in a while so the writers are giving Devon some action, but since he's not Lily's blood relative it'll end up being not so bad. (smack forehead here) The thought just struck me that maybe the reason they are all so hung up on Dru's death and missing her is that since the body was never recovered, she's gonna show up again someday. Dru was a total drama queen from day one the character showed up that she would just eat up all the attention and it would bring her to tears.

And something that grabbed my attention recently was when Amber was back at the Chancellor mansion about to leave and Kay came in. That was a touching scene between the two. I think Kay really likes Amber, maybe sees a bit of her old self in her, but she knows that she can't side with her out of respect for Cain.

Well, let's see what happens the rest of this week....

I kind of feel sorry for Phyllis too.. She's impulsive - yes - but Nick really brought out the softer, more vulnerable side of her..

I used to like Sharon - but don't particularly care for her at all now.. She has plenty of skeletons of her own lurking in her past, yet she continues to play "Little Miss Innocent" and is so highly offended if anyone even hints that she isn't "perfect"..

I was confused about the whole Jana thing too.. And wasn't Brad's sister murdered?

And YES I remember Terry Lester. I had a huge preteen crush on him. He came out with a water proof shower poster of him in a speedo. Cany you imagine this Jack doing that? He died not too long ago.

Thanks for that explanation. Like others, I couldn't figure out the connection and Jana being Brad's sister just didn't make sense to me b/c of the murder. I ff'd through a lot of the reliqury story line and def. missed that Jana's father bugged Brad's house.

Any long time watchers like myself out there that remember the night before Jack's wedding to Patty (Paul's sister) when he went out & had an affair with someone (can't remember for the life of me who - Jill maybe?) Anyway he was drunk & Tracy & Ash were throwing him in a cold shower with the wedding about to begin. This was late 1970's or early 80's. I don't remember Jack & Patty being married for very long. Anyone else?

I think it was Diane! The one he has the disappearing baby by now. They at first brought back the original actress, then replaced her. She was married to Paul's best friend Andy (President Ford's son) either at the time or around that time.

No, she was Paul's sister. His family, like Jill's, just drifted away. They never mention Kyle anymore, and Jack wanted him so bad. Of course, he and Paul's son will show up one day, 20+ yrs old!

I guess they abandoned the Victor Jr. storyline when Nick decided to come back. I haven't heard him mentioned in awhile.
