On Sunday we had the realty guy come in and take a look at the CONDO so we could put it up for sale. We listed it with him that night.

YESTERDAY, he put it on the market. He got calls to view it TODAY!

I showed it 3 times already today and have one more showing tonight...

Now the shocking part.....

We got 2 offers already, wait it gets better,.........FOR FULL LIST PRICE!!!!!!!

Can you say JUMPING FOR JOY!

I'm so happy.....

We go see the realty guy tonight to set up a game plan. Maybe we can afford to stay on-site after all...

That is so cool!

Last year, we put our house up on Wednesday. We had 4 people come see it Saturday morning.

The first people that saw it...at 9am!...put an offer. It was only $1000 below our asking price so we took it.

My aunt is a real estate agent. She has seen home sellers refuse an offer that was close to the asking price, and then not get another offer for months!
