You might be a DIS-er if........

ohhh how do you do that??? i'd love to change my windows sound

If you are on Vista, you go to start > control panel > hardware and sound > sound > sounds

From there you can pop in whatever sounds you want for the different functions in the list. :)

Well, I pulled one today.

You might be a Dis-er if...

you pull out your vacuum canister to empty it out, look at the shape and say, "Hey, a hidden Mickey!" :rolleyes1

you might be a Dis'er if the first email you open each day is the subscription from the POTD thread!

4 days before you arrive, you are dignosed with an Upper Respitory Infection and you have to pay 30 bucks for 5 pills so you DO NOT CANCEL your Disney Trip!:thumbsup2 (I did take today off of work).;)

If you go to Home Depot solely to pick up paint chips, but you have no intention of painting...

:thumbsup2 I do this all the time, they were out one time, and I opened the cabinet underneath, pulled out a wrapped bunch, took about 20, and put the rest in the proper Slot!:thumbsup2

You might be a Dis'er if you have a cast put on,they offer you a color, and you seriously think about choosing the lime green. (ended up with dark blue though;)).

You might be a Dis-er if....

1. While on property or in the parks, you look for lime green mickey heads on people and there bags hoping to talk to another DIS-er.

2. When planning a trip you are on the boards as often as you can be just to make sure you don't miss anything while at DW.

3. Your spouse says he feels like a DIS-widower....lol:lmao:

ohhhh come on - a real diser would have chosen the lime green:rolleyes1:snooty::sad2:;)

If you have an excel spreadsheet listing all travel/resort information, park schedules, parade/fireworks times, ADR's for every day...you might be a DIS'er

Guilty as charged. :lmao: I almost died laughing when I read this one. DW calls me the "King of the Spreadsheets." I usually have one for each vacation we take. Glad to see I'm not the only one.

Our first trip is just a couple days away so I'm just a DISer in-training and this one has me stumped. :confused3

You have to read Nebo's and Smidgy's trip report (HERE is the link if you're interested). Nebo seems to be really accident prone while on vacation at Disney. At least on his last trip he was.

if you read hubby Nebo's trip reports, you will find that he is quite accident prone. someone said he should be "bubble wrapped".

not that we enjoy his misfortunes;).. but it makes for funny reading.

Whoop. Seems Smidgy already beat me to it. Still trying to get caught up on the thread; but yeah, makes for some funny reading. Can't wait for their next TR.

Which brings us to our next point, you know you are DIS-er when you look forward to Nebo's and Smidgy's next TR.

Finally caught up.

Thought of a few more:

If you are taking a picture (or making a photo copy) of the back of your tickets days before you leave on vacation, just in case you lose one.

If you take a picture of your parking spot to help you remember where you parked. Even now during the holidays.

If you know of the "Secret Paths."

you might be a Dis'er if you want pics of current park merchandise and you look for a TR from memom.

:3dglasses

If you spend your time wondering what it's going to take to FINALLY GET A TAG FROM THE TAG FAIRY. You might be a Dis-er.
Aheeem, tag fairy?:rolleyes1
