Micka Mouse, I can relate. I have stacks of essays to grade, but these boards are just so much more fun to read!
I swore to myself that I wouldn't get hooked until school was out, but I was fooling myself!

I have laundry waiting to be folded and housework and job work piling up all around me-and here I am-my butt parked in front of the computer surfing the Dis...I try and break away, but every time I pass the old laptop, I can't help myself.

we just got back from the dentist. DH had his wisdom teeth out. I think I'm supposed to be changing his gauze right about now . Or should I be doing those report cards??? Hmmmm, wonder if there are any good polls today ???????

LOL I am right there with everyone! I mostly lurk but post when I can contribute something useful! I often stay up to 1 or 2 in the morning reading DIS. I have 3 young kids to tend to early in the morning so little sleep for me

You know you're an addict when... you try to hide the fact you sat reading the boards half the day from your husband...because you neglected to finsih doing the dishes/pickup the living room/or whatever household chores should have been done that day. ( I let him think the baby was fussy or something like that instead).

But he is curiously up on stuff from the boards too...so he MUST be reading them at work!

I totally second that one!! I am a huge DIS and Disney addict. We had a garge sale at work today to raise money for Habbitat for Humanity. I literally fought with a fellow Disney freak over a Mickey plate going for 50 cents!!! But I just had to have it!! Whoo hoo!!

with me i realized i had a "problem" (though i don't really see it as a problem) when my kids make a comment or question about Disney (or helping me collect LGM's from home depot) and my first thought is "I can't wait to get on the boards." Or when I keep delaying other work as i have to check this or that board one more time.....might be something new afterall!

I sit at work looking at disney stuff online all day, my boss thinks i'm gay. There isn't anything else to pass the time. 24/7 I am on the DISboards, and now I even joined DISmates for solo DIS'rs I even printed off LMG's for my upcoming trip and to boot all...........I already call the CM's "CMs" when I call them on the phone............
