Where you send in a card with your name and stuff on it? Well, okay. One of those contests just turned my week completely around.

My week started off really rather bad. Monday I had an Algebra test, thought I did good; Tuesday I got the results of the test back. AN 84. Okay, so not that bad, but not what I thought I was gonna get. And, on Tuesday, I had to stay after school until six for a two and a half hour band rehersal. Wednesday I found out I can't go to Disney on Ice because of a band concert, and Today I came home and my mom got mad at me because my pants she bought for me didn't fit right and the earrings she bought for me wouldn'g go into my ears.

So I was in the kitchen reading the new book she got me when the phone rings (irrelevant, but still part of the story). Right when the phone starts to ring my mom comes back inside from checking the mail and answers the phone. Normally she puts all of the mail on this old radio thing in the entryway, but instead she brought a package back to my room. So I go back to my room, and look at the package wondering 'What in the world?' I get the package open and pull out a CD!! A paper inside says "You're a winner! Congratulations from your friends at Teen Magazine."

I could not believe that I actually won something. Finally, my week is getting better, even if it is the end.

I won a name the dog contest for my polics station. i got to go on tv, and my class won a pizza party. xD

I got called down to the office one day, and i thought i was in trouble.
my friend came with me and my principal told me i won, and we was jumping XD

They brought the dog to the school, and we had MASSIVE amounts of pizza and such

That's really cool! Winning stuff always makes a day better, even if it's a little something.

I personally have never won anything, but my dad won an XBOX when they first came out, so that was really special since they were so expensive back then. Also my cousin won like $600 worth of Build-a-Bear stuff which was cool for her.
