You just finished a huge meal of fried foods and you just don't feel full unless you top it off with an Hot Fudge Sundae
Your cat has moved to the crawl space next to the boiler and that sounds good to you.
The brand new 2006 Jeep Liberty your purchased yesterday has trouble starting
You drive for an hour with the heat on full blast and the back windows on the inside of your car are still iced over
You wake up at 3:00 am with an irresistible impulse to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
You'd rather go without a shower than get wet for fear of turning into a popsicle
After your commute you contemplate spending the night in your car because the alternative is walking the 5 feet to your front door . . . brrrrrr
Your curtains are stuck to the frost on the inside of your bedroom windows.
It's -25 here, is it cold where you are?

I can't even take +25 without seriously thinking about staying buried under about 10 blankets.

I hope this doesn't mean we're actually going to have a typical New England winter after all.
My aunt lives up there, off of Knik road (I think thats the spelling). I did not realize Wasilla gets colder then Anchorage.
I have driven the Alaska highway no less then 25 times. I love going from Skagway to Fairbanks, over to Anchorage, back to Delta Junction and down to Skagway. I love that drive!
