:boat: I just wanted to post something that I found out. You are now able to book Disney excursions 90 days before your cruise. I spoke with DCL today and they informed me that this is new. My excursion packet I got in the mail states that it is 60 days prior to cruise. I just wanted to let people know about this. I can imagine how upset I would be if I was waiting for the 60 day time frame, called and found out the excursion I wanted was booked up. Good luck.

It has been this way for a number of months now. Those of us on the 12/18 10 day were all able to book at the 90 day mark which would have been back in September.

Yes, you must be paid in full, thats the catch, you HAVE to be paid in full by 60 days, but in order to book the excursions, you have be paid in full, so we end up paying a month early. Booking my excursions tomorrow!

That is so interesting. Why haven't they updated their excursion packet? I am not using a TA and would not have found this out if it wasn't for the boards. The woman I spoke with at DCL acted like this was something new. Sorry if I posted old info.

Do you know if this includes booking parasailing on CC?

Did this changed recently? When we booked our excursion for our Dec 2004 cruise, I didn't have to pay until we got on the boat. The DCL rep told me that the charges would be put on my onboard account.

Hi Jillpie and CC, Yes I think that it would include parasailing because that is a Disney tour. And CC you do not have to pay for your excursion ahead of time you just need to book it. Anoher poster was talking about the fact that you have to pay for your cruise before they will allow you to requst excursions. I believe the excursions prices will be reflected on your on board account. Lisa

If your booked through a travel agent you don't have to be paid in full to book excursions 90 days out. I booked mine with no problem without being paid in full through DCL. :flower1:

okay, what is an excursion packet? Because I don't have one... I sail April 30 and am paid in full, just waitin for another week or so until we are 90 days out to book excursions - but do I need this packet in order to do so?!??!

Hi Coland, No you don't need the Shore excursion book.DCL mailed ours to us when they were requesting the final payment. I do think that you can look up the excursions at the DCL website. I found a lot of info at the allears.net site. There is a huge PDF file about the cruise listing excursions. We actually found out about a new one in Nassau that wasn't in our book "Thriller Power Boat Ride". Lisa
