I was wondering if anyone has stayed at the Yosemite Suite in Wilderness Lodge? We have been thinking about the 2 bedroom villa but I am wondering if theSuite would be a better option and cheaper. It will be my DH along with my parents and my DH is a very ersonnel prson. We are looking for somehting with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms for privacy. Please help me decide:confused:

The Yosemite Suite only has 1 br and a pull out sofa in the living room.

You can get a connecting concierge room but you pay for the suite and the concierge room.

You could get a 2br villa for less money than the Yosemite Suite which is around $800 per night in regular season.

I believe there are some pictures on ***********.com

I read recently on these boards about the suite not being properly cleaned upon check in.

You could go for 2 concierge rooms with some type of discount and this would still be cheaper than the suite.

If you do get the suite without the connecting concierge room then one couple will be sleeping on the pull out couch. Is this going to work for you?

I would go with a 2br villa. Some might suggest a 1br villa and a seperate studio for the parents but if you all share a 2br then you get to experience everything the villa has to offer-kitchen, nice living room for relazation, etc.

Thank you so much that is a lot of help. I think you are right then that would be a little much for my DH. I think I will see how much it would be to get the two different villas. You have been very helpful. Thank you!!!!:D

The 2-BR villa "lock-off" is basically a 1BR connected to a studio. You pay for a 2-Br, but you get a 1BR plus a studio.

When DW and I brought her parents, we did the 2BR with the lock-off-- It meant that we could politely lock them out of our living room:smooth: .

As a DVC owner, it is easy to get these accomadations!
