YoHo, YoHo, A Mother's Day Trip to the Mouse!

I've had so much fun reading your thread!! Those shirts are the freaking cutest things I've ever seen! What a FUN idea!

Your kids are so cute... I hope they get their cards soon. Someone else I sent one to received it a couple days ago, but my niece has not gotten hers yet. Blah.

You are going to have SO MUCH FUN. I've only been back for a week and I miss it so much! Debating whether or not I should plan another trip!!!

Luvcuteboys: Thank you so so so so much for the post cards! And 2 sets, we were SO surprised. Sorry I didn't let you know right away, I have had the stomach bug for the last 2 days, I couldn't even think about looking at the computer screen! I'm on the couch right now with my laptop being lazy. So when I get up and put the pics that I took of the girls with the postcards onto the computer I'll post them on here. They were so excited. I wish I would have took a video.
Sam (dd4) kept walking around with hers saying "Jasmine sent me mail"
Lizzie(dd7) said she is going to bring hers to Disney with us and say "look snow white I got your mail.
Emily(dd9) I was so surprised she was surprised. She is almost 10 so I wasn't sure she would have believed it was from the real characters. She was convinced!

Are you doing a trip report, I would love to see pics of your family and hear all about your trip!
Did you guys have a blast. How was the weather. How about the crowds. :goodvibes

Here is the first set of postcards we received!

I only have a pic of Sam with hers, because when I gave Lizzie and Emily theirs it was as soon as they got off the bus, and I had to go right to work, but they were just as excited!

Thank you again Luvcuteboys , they have been talking about them all week.
Anthony got his on Saturday when he got here, and of course he is older, so it's not as magical, but he loved his too, he's got it set up on his desk.

Sweet... looks like you have two Fairy Godmailers! The Donald Duck card might be mine, but the Princess ones definitely are not!! I looked everywhere for Princess cards and couldn't find them!!! So you have someone else who's looking out for your cute kidlets, too. How fun!

I told the girls this morning that you guys are going to disney and of course they asked if we can go. So we def need to plan a trip together like we have been saying since we both started going!! I am thinking of not quiting target and just save that little paycheck for our trip next year so we can go together!!!!

Postcards are cute maybe it really is from the princesses!!

Are you serious. Wow, I'm confused! I got them within 2 days of eachother, That Donald one came with the princess ones.
Yours are my other set then, which all resemble the donald one. I will post pics of those later when I put them on my computer. I just checked and your set is post marked Feb. 9 and the princess set was post marked Feb. 10. How awesome. I am so surprised. Both sets have fruit stamps as well. And the writing looks so similar. Now that I look at them again, I can see that it is different writing. I'm loosing my Marbles:scared:

Makdyn, I'll go with your guess, that it's REALLY from the Princesses.:cloud9:

I went to the movies last night with dh, my brother and his fiance. We went to see Friday the 13th. We had a lot of fun, dh and I don't go out without the kids much. BUT....That movie was not cool:scared1: I was so scared. and it was so gruesome. I couldn't wait for it to end. If you like SCAREY movies and don't mind seeing disgusting things, then this is the movie for you.:scared: Dh liked it, although we did not like the ending. We all looked at each other like.... :confused3

I'm assuming you saw the new Friday the 13th movie? I love scary movies, but I don't like the gory stuff. I like to be scared, not grossed out! ;)

Awesome that you had a date night!! Good for you!

:lmao: That's so funny, i'm trying to do 3 things at once over here, while trying to post and forgot to add that yes, we went to see Friday the 13th. I will go edit my post now.:scared:

Today is the day that I am babysitting for my best friend's daughters, they are 5 and 8. My best friend is Makdyn here on the dis!

So it started out at 8am this morning when the girls were dropped off. They were alittle wild for the first hour or so:headache: , they havn't seen each other in a few months. Bad Mommys they have. After that though they were awesome, they played hide and seek with the nintendo ds's, and they played babies for hours.
I decided to take them all to the little airport down the street from my house to watch the planes take off and land. It was 42 degrees today, so not too bad. A little windy though.

We saw at least 4 or 5 planes take off, the kids loved it.

In between waiting for another plane they were all running around in the grass

We had a very nice day! The kids are eating lunch right now! and before that were playing airplanes!
I suggest for anyone that lives nearby an airport to go and watch the planes, I even REALLY enjoyed it.

What a great "field trip" idea! Sounds like a great day! :thumbsup2

I remember when DH and I were in college we would go to Logan Airport in Boston to watch the planes...cheap date and we were broke!! :rotfl:

Oh that's cute. It is so much fun!!!!! If it was a little warmer we would have spent much more time there, it was too windy, my ears were starting to hurt. The kids though, they could have stayed.....

Ok, so here are the post cards from Luvcuteboys :thumbsup2

We have them all up on our fridge, and everyone that comes over looks at me like "How did you get that to happen" It's so magical!

Thanks again, my kids are still amazed with them!

Ahhh, there we go! LOL!

I work right behind the Buffalo airport and every now and then when I'm driving to work a plane will be taking off or landing and it's soooo close. I love watching that.

Poor Anthony... my nephew is always outnumbered, too!!

That was such a good idea!! I know the kids loved that. I'm so sheltered. I've never been on a plane and only been in an airport once when my brother went to spain for a month. I love the pics too! You just have such a pretty family!

Hello,
Subbing to your trip report. your park plans look great!! I love the shirts you deisgned, very cute! You have and adorable family. I have a 4 year old monster too so I can relate :goodvibes.
