Yogurt, Applesauce and Juice

I see that WDW offers yogurt, applesauce and juice on their kids menus. What brands are they? Is is the same kind all over property? Are these available for purchase seperately? If so, how much are they? Just trying to figure out if we need to bring DDs snacks from home or if we can grab them on the go while we are there. Thanks!

The yogurt is Danimals strawberry yougurt. The applesauce is Disney's no sugar added. I cannot recall the brand of the apple juice, but it was a popular name brand.

Awesome! I'm glad to see healthy choices...we only do no-sugar applesauce at home and DD is a yogurt nut!
