I know y'all are sick of these threads but please one more
I've researched for 2 weeks and have made no headway in making a final choice. I have narrowed it down to these hotels, basically one block's worth of the closest ones
Maybe in the end I can't go wrong with these choices but still, put yourself in my shoes, what would you pick between these? And most importantly, am I missing out on something I should consider?

Party - Me and DH (DH defers to me totally in this). We prefer a King bed but it's not a deal killer to have 2 Queen. We won't share in a Queen though, we'd each have a bed.
Dates - December 12-18
Important info -
No vehicle, we'll use Uber/Lyft to/from LAX
We don't dine in the room, so no meal prep items needed (microwave, kitchenette, etc).
Would need Internet, so Free Internet is a big plus
Coffee maker is needed
Fridge for some beers we pick up at the local corner store would be good.
We would probably grab a bite of breakfast if it's offered at the hotel but it's not a requirement

This is my preference order at this time. Though it changes every time I look at the list. The cost range between all these is so close that we'll call them a draw
Fairfield Inn - Premium View King room
Park Vue Inn - King Jacuzzi Room
Camelot - Deluxe King Mini Suite
Best Western Park Place - King
Tropicana - King

The reasons I have Fairfield Inn above the rest is I thought it might be nice to have the Park View room but mainly because we stay at Marriott in Atlanta so we can use the points for future stays. We never say at Best Western properties anywhere else.

I'd prefer in this order:
Park Vue Inn (Haven't stayed here but it gets such rave reviews. Just a bit out of my price range)
BWPPI (slight edge to Camelot because of food) we're staying here next trip and have stayed many times before the reno
Camelot (stayed here enjoyed.)
Fairfield never stayed. Put camelot higher because I think fairfield costs more and I can't imagine what they have better. Slightly farther walk too.
Tropicana never stayed

Would not stay at pvi IN 100 YEARS after the cockroach incident a couple years back. We have moved to the GCH to avoid such things.

I should have included we have not included on site this trip. We did that last time and loved it. But since that trip (in 2013) we have become WDW passholders and visit often so we have a smaller hotel budget than we did that trip. Otherwise, I'd love to stay at DLH again. Though, it does appear these hotels are a shorter walk.

Bed bugs and CR's, my sil reported it and they were very rude, saying they dont have those then the Owner was nasty to me on the phone and hung up.
The attendant said she took his name about it, never did. They were numerous posts on Dis when this occured. OP, good luck with your choices.

Park Vue Inn, a million times over. We have been staying there 1-3 times a year since 2013. Never had an issue with anything and no one that I have recommended there has either. It is a quick walk, right by the crosswalk. They have a real breakfast with lots of choices, and several places to eat close by plus a mini-mart that actually is not outrageously overpriced right on premises. And I love that they actually let you park there first thing in the morning for FREE the day you check in, and as late as you want the day you check out. Most other hotels only let you park from check in to check out, then charge you $10-$20 a day. And the luggage is put in a secured area. I know you don't have a car, but wanted to put that out there for others who do.

We love to go down for a night - get there about 6:30 AM, park, go to the parks until 3 and get into our room, nap and shower, eat dinner at IHOP or Dennys, then close down the parks. Then we usually leave about 2-3 the next day to recover for work on Monday.

ETA: We were just there the 9th and the 10th of this month and had no room issues.

Couple years ago is an eon in Hotel Years. So much changes at properties in that period of time I'll leave them on my list for now
Though in your shoes I wouldn't return either but based on the treatment from the staff (I've got places I don't go for similar reasons), not from a bug or two (I'm in the South, we have bugs in the best of places)

There is a nightly room charge now. Resort fee.

PVI has been highly rated for many years. :)

FFI has been renovated and we are Marriott loyalists so I would choose there :) Actually I would choose the residence inn, but FFI has the benefit of being closer.
Thanks. I wasn't aware of the renovation. There are so many choices, it was hard to narrow it down, that's for sure. I simply went with proximity and worked with those right there across the street. I want to limit it to walking distance only, otherwise, I'm open to most any of them. We didn't find the walk from DLH that far on our last trip so anything within that distance would be fine. Was there something specific about Residence Inn that you like better?

Pretty much almost all hotels have a resort fee. I'm pretty sure PVI has had it since we first started going there in 2013. My husband is military so when we do moves we stay at a lot of hotels. Even ones in the middle of nowhere with zero amenities charge resort fees. We got a military discount the first time and now get a frequent visitor discount (awarded when you call to make a reservation). Still worth it for all day parking, so you don't have to cough up $20 to pay at the park, then another $10-$20 to park at the hotel.

I would stay as close to that cross walk as possible. For ME, going to the parks is awesome, no matter how far the walk is, but, and I mean a big but, the walk back is horrible the farther away the room is from the gates . And believe me, my feet and hip make sure I know with each step! LOL

I would cross off Camelot. To my knowledge, it has not been renovated or refreshed recently and all the others have. If you are not a Marriott loyalist, then I would also cross off Fairfield. The other 3 are the closest and have all been refreshed in the last few years. I have only stayed at Tropicana, 5 times now, and have never had a bad stay, but I'm sure most people will say that about PVI and BWPPI as well. I don't think you will go wrong with any of those 3.

Most hotels in Anaheim do not have resort fees. Most do charge for parking but only if you have a car. In recent memory the old Plaza hotel was the only hotel in the area I knew of that had any sort of resort fee. In the past the Park Vue didn't either. If the PVI now has them that virtually guarantees that we will never stay there again. But our favorite Hotel Indigo has no fees, no charge for parking and a killer bathroom.

We are rather attached to Marriott. Not exclusively but we do stay at them when we fly in and out of Atlanta, to WDW. That is the 3 hotels on property at the airport there.

That's pretty shocking. We have stayed in hotels and motels that were in towns with populations in the hundreds in tiny towns in the Midwest, and there was still "resort fees" tacked on to our final bill for places that had nothing. And most of these were pretty much dumps. I swear PVI has had one since our first stay in 2013. But for me, Hotel Indigo is another ~10 minute walk with me not in the best physical shape. I don't care about bathrooms as long as they are clean and have hot water for showers and baths. Rooms are to be close, clean, and for sleeping and showering only.

BTW, what time on your arrival and departure days does Hotel Indigo let you park? If its not until check-in time, that would be a dealbreaker for me no matter how close or cheap they were.
