It's almost like this guy had something to prove after them making those arrests yesterday. He is one sick individual.

they have got to get this guy soon, this is really out of control. My kid hasn't had outside activities in like 2 weeks, and I don't see them resuming anytime soon. Now my poor dd is asking about halloween, are we still going to go trick or treating? Don't know what to say to that one. Uggggghhhh!!!! maggie
