Yet Another Photopass+ Question

Sorry, I know this board is swamped with PP+ questions lately, but I have two of my own:

1) Is it possible to get two cards when redeeming the voucher? DH and I will be taking our boys to different locations (DS9 will be hitting the big rides with dad - PP+ rides - DS6 and I will be hanging around Fantasyland and Tomorrowland) so they will need it for the ride pics, but little guy and I usually stop at a few locations and get pics of the two of us in front of the castle or elsewhere. Plus we'll be on the Buzz ride more than DH and DS, so I know that is included too.

2) This one is an easy one and I know if I search hard enough, I'll find the answer, but I'll just ask the experts :). Where do I redeem the voucher? Is there a spot in each park to do that? If so, where?

I think as long as you have the number from the Buzz ride you can have it added later once you have the pass+ again. I'm not entirely sure though.

My plan is to have my DH use the PP card that came in our package and my DD and I are going to use the PP+ and hopefully later we can merge the two online.

And the voucher tells you where you can redeem it.

Thanks! I haven't opened the case yet to look at the voucher (the case came cracked pretty badly and the seal says no refunds if the seal is broken, so I'm waiting to open it in front of a Disney employee to make sure the disc is okay). I'm hoping the same thing about merging the PP and PP+ since that would be the easiest solution.

You can still use the regular PP cards and add them to your account along with the PP+ card.

You will only be given one plus card. If your family splits up, they can use a regular card for meet and greets. If they do rides that are included in the plus, they need to write down the photo's id number and then return to the ride with the plus card within 48 hours. There are locations in each park, DTD and a few resorts to redeem your voucher. Here is a great FAQ page on Photopass+...

I don't remember where I read it but someone mentioned they took a good pic with their phone or camera that was good enough for the photographers to scan and used that when the group was separated.
You could try that.
I suppose you could try to get a good copy of it for the photographers to use as long as they can scan the barcode. Of course you still need the original this is just for when the group is separated.
Hope this helps.

My voucher was taped to the front of the CD case - did you not have one of those? I also have a seal on the CD case I haven't broken open.

It looks like a red ticket.

Now that you mention it, I think there was something taped to it. It's been sitting in my "Disney Backpack" since the day I got it a few months ago, so I'll have to go check it. Thanks!

For those discussing the seal, the Photopass+ preorder is not refundable so you might as well open it. However, I'm not sure how they would handle a damaged case. Did you not call them when it arrived? Odds are the disc is fine. I wouldn't take it on the trip. I would call Photopass and have them make note of it and then try the CD. If it works, then you will have saved yourself from taking it on the trip, and if it doesn't work, have Photopass tell you what they need you to do. All you need for the exchange at the park is the voucher that was taped on the outside of the case. :goodvibes

I got mine last weekend.. what exactly is on the cd? Anyone?

The CD that comes with the plus is called a gallery cd. It has a few hundred stock photos of the parks, resorts, and characters. It is also available for separate purchase on the Photopass site for about $40.

Do I need to bring the cd to disney as well or just the paper voucher?? Leaving tomorrow please help.
