Yet another luggage transfer question

DS and I were staying at CSR from 8/11 to 8/17 for a surprise trip . With the AP rate of $205 for a savannah view at AKL, I decided to go to CSR from 8/11-8/16, and AKL from 8/16-8/18. Now, the thing is, I booked CSR with an AAA discount, and I booked AKL with an AP discount through CRO. My question is, can I still get my bags transferred when I check out from CSR into AKL, or should I just take them over myself? Any thoughts from split-stay experts?

I'm so excited about finally staying at AKL. I can't wait! The Dis reviews have certainly pushed me in that direction.

You shouldn't have a problem at all with getting your luggage transfered. You are staying in another Disney Property.

Thank you for the information. I'm so excited I can hardly stand it. The problem is, I keep forgetting that the trip is supposed to be a surprise...I hope I don't say something to DS before it's time!
