Yet another FP+ question

So tonights the night! i will stationed at my computeras the clock strikes 12 to lock up our FP+ selections. So do you actually pick specific times or are the times selected for you? Sorry if this has been asked before, just trying to get it right. TIA

Initially they give have you pick 3 attractions and then give you 4 or so options for times, but after you save them, you can go back and change the time for a specific ride.

I wasn't able to book ours at midnight.....I went to bed around 12:30 when it still wasn't available and then the next morning I read that it's 1am. I was able to get our top 3 rides at 8am but not the times I wanted.

Sooo......if at 12 it isn't open stay up a little later!

Agree with pp, our window didn't open at midnight. I did ours last Weds. and after 20 min. I gave up and went to bed. When the alarm went off at 5 I tried and got everything that I wanted. As another pp said, select the times that work the best for you and then go back in to each ride and change the times.

My window opened at midnight a couple of months ago, but most people say theirs aren't right now.

I think the quickest way and the best way to make sure you are locked into the attractions you want is to pick the best option of the four they provide for each day and then go back and tweak the times you want to change.

Not sure when you are going but we just got back from a an impromptu trip due to my daughter's volleyball team having a tournament in Orlando. We weren't able to make any FP+ selections prior to our arrival because our discounted tickets were being held for pick up through our sports travel agent. I was anxious and stressed because I'm an early planner... In short, we were still able to obtain great times and on selections I didn't really care for at first, I was able to change as we went along. This was for all of last week.

The window opens up at 1:00AM., That was my experience yesterday and of others on a different thread.

Just an update. Got up with the alarm at 4:50 am and was able to make all of our FP+ selections. So far the whole process IMO has been a bit of a hassle. I will reserve final judgement for after our August trip. Until then wear those ears proudly and have a magical day.
