Nope.

I think... it was if you have a fast pass for more than 2 hours you can get another one.

Like if you get a fast pass at 10 am for Space Mountain... but it says come back at 4 pm, then at noon you could be able to get another fast pass for another ride.

Your first fastpass will have a time printed at the bottom that tells you when you can get your next fastpass. On our Dec. 05 trip I tried to get one 5 minutes early and it wouldn't let me.
