OK, if it were me and I had taken the leap of putting this in my yard, I would add something to the cover where every time it was lifted, a siren or foghorn would sound off. Everyone would be rushing to their windows to see who lifted it. Then there would be that neighbor filing a nuisance report, but if I had that in my yard, I probably don't care what the neighbors think anyway.
