I just had the pleasure of meeting an outstanding CM on the phone tonight by the name of Halsey. All I can say is... HALSEY RULES! He found my missing piece to my mom/son trip! I now have continuous (resort wise) reservations at AKL, all at the AP rate! I am so happy I could just scream! Today is DH's and my 19th wedding anniversary, and I have to say that I am so glad I let him watch his football game while I went to go make "just one more" phone call!

Halsey, this one is for you! *raising wine glass*

Thanks for the positive post most CM's do a great job, Unfortunately most post are about CM's that aren't helpful.
