Day 7:
Not a very exciting day , as we had to get ready to go home. My DH left to go return the rental car and was taking the bus back to the resort. While he was gone, I packed up our things and called the bellman to pickup our bags for the Magical Express bus. We both were still not feeling great but we managed. After my DH returned, we went to the lobby to check in for our flights. Next, we got some breakfast at Sassaaoulas. We both got Mickey Waffles, I got fruit and DH got the bacon with his. Yummy! Sassaaoulas was so crowded as it was so small. There really wasnt a lot of people there just no room to move let alone walk around to check our other food areas. Anyway, after breakfast we basically had less than an hour before our Magical Express bus ride back to MCO. We just hung out and chatted. The bus ride itself was uneventful other than a lady giving the bus driver a hard time because wanted to store her bag was too big to go in the bus. She freaked cuz she had medicine in there. We kinda rolled our eyes cuz its only a half hour bus ride. Will she need her meds in the next 30 minutes? If so, get them out of your bag and put them in your purse. Shssh, its not hard! It was annoying because she pushed her way to the front of the line as she had to get on first apparently. Then everyone else had to wait for her and watch this scene play out. Her DH and kids just stood there watching too. The bus driver just gave up and let her have her way. She was high maintance to be sure!
Anyway, we finally get to MCO and got in the security lines. This airport always seems to be unorganized in this area and it was again. (We travel a lot and it seems MCO is just not organized in this area). Its hard to know what line to get in as nothing is labeled or divided by the nylon ropes. The first line was apparently handicap which we found out after standing in the line for about 5 minutes. So we got in another line. Well, a lady who was behind us originally, ended up in another line waiting because of this but the line she got in looked shorter but was actually longer when you saw that it turned. She figured this out and was trying to cut in the line we were in. Im telling, people just never cease to amaze me. We were actually glad at this point to be heading home. We just didnt feel good and was getting tired of lines and troublesome people. It seemed like perhaps these people must have been cranky to be going home or something?
We werent because we know well be back! Were going back next year with the kids! We do enjoy traveling other destinations and do as we travel 4x per year or so. Our next vacation is a week in Mexico in a few months! We are so excited! However, we want a longish visit to WDW with our will be DS-16 for his last kid vacation. At this point, he still lets himself be a kid with us, when his friends arent around anyway, and we want one more WDW vacation where he is a kid and can be a kid. So, were hoping to stay at the Contemporary, a visit to Blizzard Beach and do the Hoop Dee Doo Revue. We went to spend some time at Universal too. Its not Disney to be sure but still fun to go to every once in awhile. Perhaps a visit to the beach too! This is all new stuff for my DH and my step kids. They have traveled but have not experienced Florida. I cant wait to share it with them and create new family memories! So, Mickey, well see ya real soon!

I'm glad you all had a good "no kids" trip, although I wish you hadn't been sick! Looking forward to the pre-trippie for next year's trip!
it is over but it was great. Have fun in Mexico and hope you get back to the "World" real soon.
I have really enjoyed reading it and its gotten me excited about my adult trip.
