I was watching for Southwest Airlines to open their schedule for the time of our trip...Apr/May...and they finally did. When I checked, the only return flights available on our day was the expensive, fully refundable fare. I figured they hadn't begun the promotions for the lower fares so I'd wait. Bad (and good ) move. I checked for a week or two and then realized that they ARE actually BOOKED those days! So, we couldn't go home on the planned day.
So what's this got to do with Resorts? Well, we are staying at CR/SOG. I figured this late in the game, there was no chance of getting one room, let alone two, on a Saturday night in May! I called yesterday, and what do you know, they had two rooms available!
Just want to let anyone who might be thinking of booking SOG for May, there must still be rooms available! I'm so happy! WE GET TO STAY AN EXTRA DAY!!
I booked our flights for the next day and I got the ressies all set with SOG! NOW I'm beginning to get excited!

Woohoo, that must be so exciting! I'm sure you'll have a great time! We just got home from the Wonder, and I can't wait to start planning my next Disney trip (it's about a 50-50 chance we'll be back this year).

And the best part is....the kids don't know yet! I think they'll start wondering when they notice that I'm back on these boards. It's a dead give away.
