Hey Kathy, just wanted to give you a little update about abby (ian's mom/psycho mom) I talked to my cousin again about what the dr told them, and he pretty much told me the same things he did last time. but he did say she went to a specialist, so I guess he knew what he was talking about

Did he say when she would be getting any results back from the specialist? The waiting has got to be so hard for her (and him).

It always seems like drs leave us waiting over weekends. I know sometimes it can't be helped but I often wonder if they have results and just think it won't be a big deal to just wait until Monday. If they only knew how hard those weekends were for waiting.

I hope that she'll hear something Monday.

I hate when they do that! I told him if it bothers her sooo much to wait, then she can always go to the er. It's still a lot of waiting but at least they'll know today

Not necessarily. They'll just usually treat it and then tell her to follow up with a specialist. Then she'd just be back at square one!
