When you sign up there is an option to do a vitual trainer. and they will send you weekly updates on how many miles you should be walking each day.

I can copy the one from this year and send it to you if you want.

my friend here in Wisconsin plans on doing it in Tampa next year,she wanted to do it in Disney/Orlando-I told her to do it with you-she did the half marathon about 2yrs ago(she's a RN too) and she's the one who introduced me to the DIS!!! another Disney fanatic
