When you sign up there is an option to do a vitual trainer. and they will send you weekly updates on how many miles you should be walking each day.

I can copy the one from this year and send it to you if you want.

A FEW MINUTES AGO i ASKED DARREN TO TURN UP THE HEAT.. HE TURNED IT UP TO 80!!

I started out at a about 2 miles for a couple of days than jumped right to 5 miles.
You should be doing other things besides walking. Because you other muscles need to be fit. They wanted you to do 30 minutes of something else like bike riding or working out on Mondays than tue and thurs. 5 mile walks than a day off and than more miles on fri, sat and sun. And as the weeks got closer the miles increased.

I signed up last year in February. You need that time to raise the money. Trust me.
