You all know that DD and her friends had been working on their science fair project... Well, they tested kids up to age 15 to see if they could tell the difference between candy and meds...
They titled their project "Candy Confusion"....

They won!!!! They are the GRAND CHAMPIONS!!!

:dance3: :dance3: :yay: :cheer2: :cheer2:

CONGRATULATIONS to you DD and her friends!!
 :yay: :cheer2:  :yay: :cheer2:

That's great!!! Congratulations to your DD!!

 Congratulations to DD

And congrats to you to Nancy, because we all know it's the mama behind the scenes that helps so much!!! :woohoo:

YAY!! Tell Princess J congratulations, and congratulations to you, too!! :cheer2:

What a good theme for the project! That sound like something that should be shown every year to the younger grades to help keep them safe.

  Way to go PJ!!

Thanks everyone!!!!

I cut out the letters but otherwise I just kept a check on them.. They took care of everything else... had a big wig from a big medical/research company as the judge this year and he was very impressed..asked the girls what they would change and they said more med/candy comparison (liquids included) and test adults.. The judge even missed 2 of them. The one that was missed the most seemed to be a hard strawberry candy vs a red cough drop; followed by green act mouthwash vs lime koolaid... The girls also had a power point presentation going w/ their board and had a thank you to each child and the info on what the child missed... Then they also gave preventative steps out!!!! *the crazy thing was in their research the older kids missed more than the younger... so they were wishing they had more time to decide if it was better education of the younger kids or they had better guessing skills*

:cheer2: Wow! That is amazing, I am so impressed. What a great topic, tell her CONGRATS! :dance3:

Fantastic and give my congrats! What a fantastic topic!! :goodvibes

It was the school science fair.

It's like the big event for the 8th graders (worth 2 test grades!)

Thanks everyone!!!!
