Finally....It snowed in Florida!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ok, so it only snowed at my house....But I still got some snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ann, the upside down part of RnR is so fast its over before you realize you turned over I don't like upside down either but RnR is my fave ride

didn't have to buy it...special snow fairies sent it to me....

Now about fairies.....Today in Savannah's drama class they had to pretend to be a fairy. Now no problem for Savannah as she chose of course to be Shellie....(Tinkerbell)

The funny part of the story was when she told us that the boys had to be fairies as well. She said they were not happy and all pretended to be evil fairies....and then she said, "You know so they could manly fairies" hehehe

Now she and George are in the kitchen baking cookies and she is ordering him to prance around the kitchen acting like a fairy....HAHAHAHA They are cracking me up....He is saying NO WAY!!!!! hahaahah

ok, now back to typing.....

Jerry was scheduled for a "colonoscopy" this mornig at 9a.m. He was told to be there by 8a.m.
For this "procedure" he needed to PREP by not eating for 24 hours and drinking this awful medicine and tons of liquids.
So he hadn't eaten anything since he went to bed Wednesday night.
We arrive on time only to be told
that his appointment had been cancelled
WHAT????? She checked and doubled checked...yup, he had been canceled. She asked us to wait while she called his office at the other hospital. We waited a half hour and the receptionist came out and told us the doctor was there and that WE had canceled or so that is what was written. WRONG!!!! yea right...and he goes thru this torture prep just for kicks
Well they said they would SQUEEZE him in. We went up and waited another hour. I complained a bit...and the receptionist there in the window says "bear with us....We are squeezing you in, you know" Yea due to your error NOT OURS!!!

Well it's all done and over with and happy to say my hubby's colon is clean
not that he had any symptoms...he didn't. But his identical twin had colon cancer 4 years ago and his father's twin sister died from colon cancer, so he is high risk.
He mainly went for peace of mind....which we now have....

Now that its later in the day and I look back upon it I guess it really wasn't such a bad day afterall the results were worth it!!

hey everyone. I did a little Christmas shopping today even though I still feel miserable. My voice is still barely hanging on. I so do not like being sick. I did sleep in today though, that felt good. Thinking of a nap now but my house is such a terrible mess since I have not done much the last couple days. Ugh!!

Shellie - yes bombard your mother with messages/calls/whatever so that she will come say hi to us. I know I miss all of her posts!!

Come on Sue - at least come tell us hi. {{hugs}}
