YC cl or POFQ dp

We are staying 3 nights in Sept. before our first Cruise and I am torn between Yacht club club level or POFQ with dining. I think with the lounge offering and paying oop for 1 meal/day is plenty of food. But if I book POFQ I will definitely get the dining plan.

It is only DH and I. The cost difference between the two options is less than $200. I like the idea of being in the Boardwalk area and Epcot and I don't believe will will visit Disney Springs this time. I also love POFQ for its size.

We have not stayed at the YC before.

I could solve my own dilemma if only a regular room at YC with the 25% off would become available then I would book that and the ddp.

With 2 adults - definitely YC! The EP area is so much fun and you'll be within walking distance of two parks. If you take full advantage of the lounge offerings, it will be worth it.

This, 100%. We have stayed YC CL on 2 occasions. The service, lounge access, and location to Epcot and DHS make it really great.

Definitely YC! Being able to walk to Epcot and boat to DHS is so nice. Love not having to take a bus! Plus the resort is really pretty and the pool is awesome!

Yes, definitely YC CL. DH and I just had 2 days there before our cruise and it was great. The dining plan is a lot of food (IMO). You'll likely be eating a lot more than normal on the cruise so might appreciate not being tied to a dining plan during your resort stay. YC CL is not at all skimpy with their food options. We had plans to eat at Crews Cup for dinner one night and were way too full from evening apps to even consider it. When you add in the upgraded feeling/service of staying CL, proximity to Epcot/DHS, and Stormalong Bay, to me there's no question.

We've stayed at POR but not FQ and would choose YC every time, especially for adults only. We find ourselves walking over to Epcot a LOT when we stay at YC. Just super convenient.
