YC/BC Restaurants

Just curious, what have you done about breakfast while staying at BC? We are not into character dining or huge buffets, but have been hearing the Marketplace isn't good...any thoughts? Never stayed there before...always at WL but decided to switch it up this time.

There is a "sticky" at the top of this forum - http://www.disboards.com/threads/he...rea-counter-service-options-bw-yc-bc.2483560/ - that lists all of the CS options in the Epcot Resort area. There are many choices beyond the Marketplace. There is also the new restaurant that replaced Kouzina that serves a sit down breakfast (SOrry I can't think of the name right now). The Captains Grille at the YC is either a la carte from the menu or a buffet.
We just grab something quick in our room before heading out. I can't imagine wasting time on a TS breakfast in the morning.

you could walk to the boardwalk area and go to the bakery

We have done the marketplace and boardwalk bakery. Both are ok. We normally just order groceries and have cereal in the room but we stay at the villas.

When we stay at the BC, our favorite breakfast is to take the short walk through IG at 9 am and turn left for France. The Patisserie is open, it's lovely inside or in the courtyard and the food is delicious. It's also quiet and peaceful.
