I have a chance to book Concierge Garden view for $230 with tax or COncierge Lagoon view for $250 with tax (CM rate). I'm not sure if both YC and BC have availability, but I know that BC does. If they are both available, which one should I choose? A full balcony is important to me...
Any input you have would be greatly appreciated!

They are both great! The CM's who work there rotate between the two resorts. The only advantage I can think of is the location - BC is a shorter walk to Epcot and YC is a shorter walk to MGM. I believe there are room configurations (including balconies) on the YC/BC frequently asked questions thread.

I have stayed at both the YC and the BC. Personally I prefer the YC. There are more children at the BC, so the atmosphere is not quite as relaxing. When we stayed at the BC we were given a room with a very small balcony (only one or two people could stand on it), but at the YC we had a full balcony. From what I could see, externally, all the YC concierge rooms had full balconies.

The concierge service was nice, they were able find some PS that we could not get. Being a vegetarian made it hard to find some food in the lounge, but they were willing to accommodate me. They only problem with the lounge was you have to ask for beverages, they are not sitting out for you to take.

PS
When I stayed at the BC the concierge had not been built, so the overview of the concierge services was for the YC.
