I tried to use the new coupon code that is $10 off $25 order online (says it's good through 1/23 if I remember right) and I can't get the coupon code to take the $10 off. Anyone else tried it? It's JW82BK.

Did you order clearance and sale items? The coupons don't work for those.

Yes, all clearance items......but I hadn't read your response when I emailed their customer service and they gave me a $10 credit on my order. It was a large order though for over $50. They were extremely prompt with their response and apologized for it not coming off when I placed the online order. They know what was in the order because I gave them the order number.

I'll say!!! They never apply coupons to sale and clearance items!

I was online Christmas morning looking at all the clearance items and really had to hold back from ordering. There was so many things I wanted and didn't need. I took alot of will power not to order.
