what is the best way to get to the Yachtsman Steakhouse from the boardwalk

also where is it located in the yacht club resort

thanks so much, leaving for disney in 2 days!!!!

Hi,

You can just walk about halfway around the lagoon (somewhere between one-third and one-half of a mile) and in through the main entrance of the Yacht Club. You will see signs for the restaurant, or you can ask someone in the lobby. It's hard to miss.

It is an easy walk. Walk one way via the swan and the dolphin on the way and on the way back walk via the beach club and you will have seen all of the beautiful lake.

Another option if you don't want to walk is to take the boat accross the water. It is a beautiful walk.

I agree that it's nicer to talk the walkway left towards the Swan/Dolphin bridge and head to the Yacht Club that way. Just follow the natural curve of Crescent Lake and you can't miss it. You'll walk right past the marina towards a courtyard area where the back entrance to the lobby is located.

Once you enter the lobby, Take a right, heading past Captain's Grille restaurant, towards the pool area. Yachtsman Steakhouse is near the end of that walkway, just before you'd open the door that leads to Stormalong Bay pool complex.

Another option if you don't want to walk is to take the boat accross the water. It is a beautiful walk.

Be careful you take the right boat.

I am trying to remember but the boat that goes to DHS comes from YC/BC then goes to the BW then to the S/D then the DHS, Then going back reverses the order so it would be quite a long boat ride if you got on that boat.

The boat going to epcot should come to the BW then go to the YC/BC that would be the boat to take.

Someone correct me if I am wrong or it has changed.

I would not recommend the Friendship Boat just to cross to the other side of the lake.

The walk is short and very pleasant. It would also likely take you less time than the boat.

Like others have said - walk. It a nice walk as well. I hate those Friendship boats....they are so hot and humid in there and it seems we never get that back part that is outside.
