Does the Yacht club have a small store on-site where you can get milk, OJ, cereal, & snacks like the WL, Pop Century, & All stars have? If so, what is the name of it, I could not locate the name of it on the AllEars site???

I don't recall if the little gift shop has a refrigerated section for milk and juice, but it definitely does not stock all you are looking for. For that, you should head over to the BC Marketplace. It is really close and should have everything you need. It is really just a 5 min. walk (if that) from the YC lobby.

Yep, unfortunately you are wrong (smile). We just stayed in a studio at BCV in Feb and it was as Scottmel said...they look tired. Our room was clean and had an awesome (huge!) balcony...but I was dissappointed. Especially after seeing some pics of the regular rooms and comparing to our other DVC experiences. We had wicker chairs for pete's sake. We toured the BWV model, and they look much nicer-I think they were recently redone?? The location can not be beat though!!

Hi . . . doesn't look like you were answered, so.... I am not 100% positive, but from my experience and the looks of the YC/BC/BVC map, a lot of the BVC villas have a pool view--not SAB, but the leisure pool for BC. THe villas are located in a curved wing off the main resort, curving around said pool. Across the pool are some trees, behind them a minor water way and the parking lot. Here is a partial view . . .

I don't know what the rooms on the other side of the hallway would view...not SAB as it is in the opposite direction. From I what I remember, it would be trees...maybe an obstructed view of some of the taller country structures in WS?

Well, I am staying BCV in about a month. I was really excited (esp for SAB) but this post has me worried about the room. I don't want to be disappointed like you! The wicker doesn't bother me, but a good bed is really the biggest thing for me. How are the beds? What was really wrong with your room? Any advice? Should I request anything specific? I am staying in a studio too.

Don't worry . . . the bed was fine (my kids love the pull-out :confused3

). There was nothing wrong with the room, I just like the decor at other DVCs better. I think the build up had my expectations set very high...BCVs have been around for awhile and could probably do with some updates. (Like the regular BC rooms-they are beautiful!)

Thanks! I was worried it was stained/in disrepair or worse of all had a saggy nonsupportive, spring-pop-you-in-the-derriere mattress. The only thing beyond an insurance-defined "Act of God" or health problem that could ruin my WDW trip is a horrible mattress and no sleep!

OMG!!!!!!!!I cannot express enough how excited I am now for our upcoming trip!!!! Your pictures are wonderfull and are really making each day waiting for our trip easier!!!I was slightly nervous that nothing could beat the theaming of the WL and was slightly scared that the BC wouldn't live up to it. But after seeing all your pictures my mind is TOTALLY at ease and I CANNOT WAIT!!!Thank you for your wonderfull pictures
