Yacht & Beach Slide closed

I just got word that the slide at the Yacht & Beach Club will be closed January 3rd to February 23rd. I guess they are doing some rehab that's due. I almost freaked because we are booked at the Beach Club in late January. I was assured that it is just the slide is closed and the pool will be open. My inside contact siad the Boardwalk Pool is being offered to Y&B guests at this time. Just thought you all would like to know...

There was a thread about this earlier in the month. Storm Along Bay is going to be rehabbed in phases from November until February. It's my understanding that they will not be closing the pool entirely, just the area's that they are working on at that time. The slide is going to be the last thing done.
