I didnt think it was Desperate Housewives, Phyllis' blog reminded me of Sex and the City. She was channeling Carrie Bradshaw with the typing.

Oh Honny, the way Y&R is playing this out with Phyllis is sooooo DH! I did watch S&TC but the monotone voice over and the filming snapshots of all the actors as she is narrating is so DH! S&TC did not even enter my mind. And as Kurby posted, Phyllis sounds so much like the actress that narrates DH! I hope they keep this up for awhile ... it is awesome!

todays show is very much like DHwives.

Phylis even sounds like the women who is the over voice on wives.

same tone, similar wording. it's pretty fun to watch

I hope so too- I hope they really like each other and this has all been an act they came up with to keep everyone safe AND bring down the bad guys. I really don't think Chance is dead.

well maybe the writers do until they get a lot of people screaming at them then they'll come up with the "they were working together all along" storyline

Maybe the thing was set up and even the EMTs were FBI and it was set up. But probably we are over thinking this. The writers are sort of incapable of coming up with surprises.

YES! I agree! I can't believe I forgot that! Heather was terrible in that scene. I thought Chloe and even Nina who bugs me to no end were believable!

I can't say this on my message boards, but I have to say it here. The actress who plays Heather is terrible! Watching her reaction to Chance dying was so fake and forced.

Its hard to picture her playing Diane Jenkins - isn't Diane Jenkins dark haired? I see Maura and I picture Carly.

Also in response to the PP who are commenting on Heather's horrible job of "acting" when Chance died or got shot or whatever happened to him - I totally agree - that was REALLY bad

Carly's hair used to be short, but it has been long and beautiful for a few years now. I can't believe she chopped it off! I loved her ringlets.

Heather is worse than Eden. I really had grown to like Vail Bloom, and saw no reason to replace her.
