Where and when can you pick up the Mickey Xmas Party bracelets if you are already in magic kingdom before the party starts? Do you need to come out?

I was able to find out the information myself after searching through the dis boards. For anyone else that has the question you can pick up the bracelets at select locations within the park along with the map for the party.
