XM Radio

Who has it and is it worth it? Do you like it? Is it easy to use?

I dont really like any radio stations that we have here in Rapid City South Dakota, It seems like all of them have went to Classic Rock, or to country. I dont really have a certain Musical taste anymore.


I mainly listen to right now talk radio, but that gets old after a while..

I love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!!!
We've had it since it first hit the market. The price has really come down to buy and install the system. When we got it, it was more than $400 for each car!!! Now I think its under $200. Regardless, it is SO worth it! We pay $10 per month for the subscription. There's something for everyone on XM. I also love the fact that we were able to drive from Virginia to Michigan over Xmas and never have to change the radio station.

Incidentally, I would recommend XM over Sirius. XM was just awarded funding for the next 2 years, so they are not in danger of going out of business. As for Sirius, they are a little more expensive and not doing so well. The systems are incompatible, so you can't switch from one to the other without an equipment change.
