I all I can say is that their customer service is so bad, I think we aren't going to buy a subscription. We bought a new car and got an offer to extend our 3-month trial for 1 month for .99. I tried to take advantage of the offer, spent 1 hour on the phone, and was told that they were having problems and would need a "trouble ticket." My service was ending, but they said they could get back to me in 4-7 days. I tried to email and they clearly didn't even read what I wrote. I want the $88 deal and I wanted to start the subscription so that I could cancel and get the deal. I can't even get a subscription started!
