xbox questions

Do I need 250gb? I currently have 4gb but plan to get the kids points to buy games as stocking stuffers.

The website (BestBuy) gives the description and says it has storage for TV shows? How does it save TV shows?

Also, is the Kinect worth it? I am considering getting that too this Christmas.

Like any computer more storage is always good. I think my Xbox is 20 GB and I have used about 15.....no real clue what is hogging the space, but some games need to load on the hard drive so they play faster. I also highly recommend the Kinect.....my kids LOVE it!

I think it depends on what type of gamers they are. My son has the 250gb. He plays online, plays complicated games, plays multiplayer games-has 4 controllers. Btw, we have a Knect and the teen aged boys never use it. They used a dance game (Michael Jackson) for a while and maybe a bowling and tennis game but that charm wore off quickly.

We have the xbox with kinect and my daughters said we need another remote. Is there a certain kind or are they all the same?

We have the 4GB & its been out of memory space for awhile now. Everytime they want to add a new game or download they have to delete something else. We got them the 250GB for Christmas. If they're going to download games, TV shows (through Xbox live & a streaming service - we use Netflix) & use Xbox Live they will need the 250GB.

Mine are 12 & 15 & have no interest in the Kiinect (but we do have a Wii so maybe that's why).
