x-tra magic hour in evening?

Hi Everyone, I'm going to the parks and staying at the Animal Kingdom lodge at the end of July and we just received our reservation info from Disney and it says on select evenings one park will be open late for resort guests? I know they tested this a while back, but does anyone know if it is still going on and which park is open late on what days? Thanks for any info. Robin

We did not get to experience this, but I wish we had.

We utilize Early Magic Hour at MK, much to DH's chagrin, but I am a morning person. Early Magic Hour works great for us -- allows us to get FantasyLand done and one ride of Space Mounatin in under an hour.

I wish they would continue with a mix of Early Magic and Park After Dark. I think it would be very nice to visit AK in the evening, with less crowds and enjoy a more relzed atmosphere. Paying an additional fee for E-ride nights just does not make me feel the magic, kwim?

E-ride nights are well worth the money! We did one last Friday and didn't experience anything longer than 10 minutes on Space Mountain.

My tip is to do Pooh and Peter Pan first because the lines got really long on those since those were the only two rides that small children could ride. We rode them by 10:30 and walked on.

We were able to ride all of the e-rides at least once and rode Buzz, Splash, and Big Thunder Mountain twice.
