X-Men, the triology box set...

Does X-men 3 in this set have the alternate endings as does the x-men 3 DVD (just X-men 3)?

My husband just got the X-Men triology from Target and I just looked at it- it does has the alternate endings. It also has all the deleted scenes and commentary. We got it for $29.99- thats a really good deal for all three!!
